Rain Harvesting System by Rainvault

Northern Ireland

A good example of how Rainvault rain harvesting systems are best employed in the industrial sector is illustrated here at Killcronagh Business Centre, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. Working in close partnership with local developers J.J. McMahons, Rainvault designed and installed 26 systems throughout the complex. We specially adapted our RVS1 system to meet the desired requirements for each individual unit.

By calculating average rainfall, typical usage and the existing catchment area (i.e. roof area), Rainvault utilised concrete tanks with a 4,000 litre capacity providing enough water - even in a dry spell- to seriously impact on estimated water charges.

Spokesperson for J.J McMahons, Mr Stephen Hanratty testified that:

"the systems function very well. [...] Professionally installed and commissioned by the Rainvault team [...] We would certainly encourage rain harvesting on future projects."
